CUSTOMER SERVICE/PHONE ORDERS: King Racing is
open for business from 9:00am - 5:00pm PST Monday Thru Friday for
Customer Service and Phone Orders. However, for faster purchases of
items we suggest you order online 24/7.
PRICING: All prices shown on our Price list or on this site
are subject to change without prior notice, either written or oral.
All orders are invoices at the price in effect at the time of
shipping. King Racing is not responsible for any incorrect printing
of prices, part numbers, and/or product descriptions.
ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS: King Racing will accept for
payment of goods purchased the following forms, Cashiers Check,
Certified Money Order, and Visa or Mastercard only. We do not accept
personal checks. Company checks are accepted on C.O.D. orders from
approved dealers only. A $25.00 service fee is charged for all
returned checks. In the case of an unpaid check, or refused C.O.D.,
King Racing will only ship pre-paid orders to that entity in the
future. King Racing with not charge the customers' credit card until
the time of shipping. Special orders are charged at time of order.
All customer credit card orders are shipped to the billing address
of the card holder. That is, the ship-to address MUST BE THE SAME
ADDRESS as where the credit card bills are received by the card
holder. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to protect the card holder from
fraudulent use of your credit card number. Authorized Dealers using
credit card to order will get shipped to their shipping address.
BACK ORDERS: We try to avoid back orders, but in the event of
a back order, we will take your order and will ship the backordered
item when it becomes available.
SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders are shipped prepaid only,
and cannot be returned or canceled.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: All orders are shipped through UPS by
way of Ground service. Also available are UPS Next Day, Two Day, and
Three Day services and only upon request and at an additional cost.
All C.O.D. orders are shipped using UPS Ground service. If you
require your order be shipped via USPS there will be an additional
Handling charge.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of standard item orders must be
receive prior to shipping. Special ordered items are payable in
advance and cannot be canceled for any reason.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CLAIMS: Any and All requests for return
goods purchased from King Racing MUST be made within 10 days of
receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior
to return to King Racing, you must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION number (RMA) from King Racing. Returned goods must be
in new and UNUSED condition and in original packaging. If the
merchandise has been installed on the motorcycle, then you own it
and no returns/refunds are possible or will be accepted. Merchandise
can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from
King Racing. If any King Racing Products are purchased at a
dealership, you must return it to that dealership. In the event of
shipping or packing errors made by King Racing, King Racing will
only reimburse the buyer for the actual UPS Ground or USPS 1st Class
shipping expense. King Racing will not issue call tags. All approved
returns are subject to a 10% restock charge plus cost of original ,
first time shipping unless the products are determined to be
defective at time of receipt. King Racing offers NO CASH REFUNDS.
Refunds will come in the form of credits to future purchases from
King Racing.
FREIGHT CLAIMS: All items should be inspected thoroughly upon
receipt by the customer. If and shipping damage is found, it is the
responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier. All
claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of
goods, supported by an invoice and bill of materials.
WARRNTY: All items Sold by King Racing are intended for off
road use only and are not street legal, DOT or EPA approved. Any
item sold by King Racing could void the motorcycle manufacture's
warranty. King Racing warrants it's products to be free from
manufacture defects at the time of delivery, but makes no other
warranty claims.
LIABILITY: The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise
purchased from King Racing by the customer hereby shall release King
Racing from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such
merchandise. The customer recognizes that any changes, alterations
and/or modifications to any motorcycle may increase the risk of
injury, accident or death, and may also render the motorcycle
illegal for use on public roads.
